Hi again Charles,
I have been except for the ones that have taken rudeness as a way of
communicating their displeasure with my inability to know what they
already know. There have been plenty of others that have been kind
and helpful, and demonstrate some level of highr education besides
their ability to play games. The ones that continue to circle like
sharks in bloody waters ,well I have the ability to respond in kind
(but would rather not .

No, but what he is trying to say makes sense. And he's saying it in
a nice way, too. Rather than argue and make waves, listen to and
take the suggestions and information in the spirit in which it is
being given. Nobody else is trying to make an enemy, so don't do so,
either. Thanks.

instult and be rude to new people and If some new members with a
mesure of intelligence who requires explicit instructions like the
rest of the normal world should must be put in their place
huh,(another arrogant indovidual , I just cant believe it)

Hi
This is getting nowhere. What he's trying to say is that reading
system requirements is one of the most important things you can do.
But flaming back is no way to make friends on this list, and
people are trying to help you - but its advice nonetheless and you
can probably learn from it.
I use an alias for my name too, and a lot of others do, too. Shrug
its a way to keep your name private - maybe I don't want people to
know my name, after all, IP addresses are tracable...

Well a very good day to you to Mr. Shadow Dragon,
Your note demonstrates a lot of arrogance for someone who uses an
alias instead of their own name to represent themselves. I
suppose when you by an item that needs assembly you hope the
instructions/directions are in some foreign language you have to
guess at, or maybe have no directions at all so that you can
guess how to assemble the item.(snicker) If I wanted to play
with a puzzle instead of following instructions I would have done
that instead of asking for help (makes sense to me). I have a
masters degree in counseling and don't really need advice about
victimization . I wonder besides being a grate game player which
I think you must probably be would you mind telling me just
exactly what level of education or psychological degree you hold
to place labels like victim on people you don't even know. You
really aught to look up the work arrogant and see if your picture
is there next to it in the dictionary.
Sorry you had to write that dumb note to me I would rather
communicate with nice people
Your friend Tony
ps don't forget to let me know your level of education not just
your brillance in game playing!

Most games give system requirements, and installation
instructions, and a lot is covered on just about every
audiogames page thanks in part to dark, richard and a few
others. Had you just taken the time to explore the audiogames
website and read some game documentation instead of trying
things for about 2 seconds, giving up and acting like a victim
like you're doing now, you probably would have been in business
long ago. I can understand that not everyone is a computer
jenius, and odds are I don't have too many friends here due in
part to a fiasco on my part a while back, but I don't like to
see others blamed for one person's falts. So take it easy, quit
playing the role of a victim and you'll get a lot farther in
what you try to do. Appologies to the mods for borderline flaming.
Having said that there are a lot of online games and offline
text games such as world of legends that can be played without
framework and other such things, as well as very basic games
like tournament and probably a few others. Usually the truly
good ones have some requirements attached to them though.

thanks Nick for your offer,
I am finally getting it. it would have been fairly simple if
in the begining someone had written and said "you absolutely
need direct x and the microsoft framwork" and explained what
they were Then told me where I might locate them. I have a
dialup connection so I am on my third night of downloading the
microsoft framwork because it is so huge and I don't want to
tie up my phone for 35 hours in a row. As far as direct x I'll
get that in one night but the confusion could have all been
avoided had someone given me simple specific information and
dirrections for what I needed. I finally got enough pointers
and the correct direction, so thanks to those who helped. Well
it is almost done now and after this I should be ready to try
some games, maybe the ones I downloaded .
Thanks for your help
Tony
