Hi Muhammed, Actually, i sincerely doubt anyone would go to prison for copyright infringement. It is not that serious a crime. However, the court can order the person to destroy all copies of the software, stop distribution of the copyrighted materials, and optionally the copyright holder can sue for damages. Basically, what I'm saying here is copyright infringement cases fall under the general heading of civil law rather than under criminal law.
