All I could find after phoning several clinics
was the pill form, no problem as I'm used to grinding
pills for tiny gex. It seems most vets here have switched to
Drontal (Drontel?) which has another dewormer in it and
is not suitable for herps, at least not for Cestodes.

The little guy actually showed some signs of improvement,
he shed and climbed the walls for the first time in a few
weeks and tried to get away, although very awkwardly,
when I gave supplements.

The gecko is still very shaky, my best guess is it
a nutritional problem related to reduced feeding
and the tapeworm. I've seen something sort of similar
in calcium deficient female Uroplatus, but it is usually
corrected with elemental calcium and vitamin/mineral
supplements.
