They quoted me 3 days, but they actually had the machine ready for me
within 24hrs, but I didn't have time to go pick it up until the weekend.
It normally will take up to 2 days because they need to ship it to an apple
center.

Acer seems like the provide good customer service, I had a netgear router
not too long ago, and while their latest firmware fixed my ailing attached
usb drive issues, it broke my dlna.  I contacted netgear for support on the
issue and it took them over a week to answer my email.  I contacted Asus on
enabling IPSEC support on the new router I picked up from them and they
answered in 24 hours... now that is service :)
