Somebody mentioned the cart progress indicator bug, and that reminded me
that occasionally, on CTF maps (Or maybe just 2fort specifically, I don't
know.) the "radar" will lock, and even if the intel is being carried to
bridge, the arrows indicate the intel is safely "At Home".
