It stumped me, too. I have posted about it in several places and have come up empty. Even switching hosts hasn't helped the matter as players are still reporting random loss of connection. I initially thought it was entirely fixed because it no longer happened to me but it's still happening to others. On one occasion it appeared we lost network connectivity to our machine entirely as every player dropped at once. Even viewing the bandwidth graphs with my host it looked like everything died at once but there was still a small bit of traffic. I later found out that traffic was all TS3 related, so we never did lose connectivity, our servers just got killed off instantly somehow.
