Yes, I downloaded it(Im on Windows 2000 for printing). I went thruough one SOFT clean cycle, and another, and now a HARD cycle has finished. I printed an image quality diagnostic check, and it looks like less banding, but on the third row column C and D show banding light green and light blue respectively. Even the first row C column which is grey shows banding. I am not even sure what color these squares are supposed to be, as my first print had yellow in the 3rd row DC column. (hope all this made sense to someone).
Then below that there is a area with smaller boxes that look like they should be solid..they are also banding ..fine banding, but it is banding. The grey vertical bars also have "patterns" in them.
