I have been using the Sys Maintenance utility...thats the one with a DEAD LINK. One reason not to rely on web content for support.
Also on my Image quality test page, I show ABCD columns with 123 rows. my 1A is a deep magenta/fushia 2A is purple 3A is a deep cyan 1B is black 2B is red 3B is green this is where it gets questionable on what it should be...as of my last cleaning and alignment, I printed a IQ page, and there is hardly any banding...but...my 1C is a gray tone 2C is orange 3C is a lighter green 1D is magenta 2D is a lighter purple 3D is a lighter cyan (not much lighter Are tehre any yellow boxes?? This thing was printing super just a few days ago...I didn't change anything on it. Also..my line alignments are not way off, but a number of themhalf or more have a slight wiggle to them..almost zigzag pattern.
