Exactly. I agree with Amber. The Applecare techs I have dealt with have always done everything they could to answer my question. If they felt that it needed more expertise, I was transferred to a product specialist within 1-2 minutes and they did all they could to resolve the problem. One of these specialists gave me his direct line after spending more than 30 minutes on the phone with me and told me to call him back if any more problems came up.
