Hi Glenn, After finishing the first call with this less than helpful Applecare tech, I thought "hey, I paid for Apple Care....I deserve more of an effort than that!"
The second guy was great...very helpful. Stayed on the line as we tried all these different things. No attitude from this guy either...unlike the first one. I did end up doing the archive and install in the end but it was well worth it and there appeared to be no other options. He even talked to the Product Specialist to double check we had tried everything. So, everything is working fine now. Much faster too !
