Very well said! My main beef with Symantec is I was a Norton user when
Symantec bought our Peter Norton. The first release under the Symantec name
trashed one of my servers and I was NOT happy about it. Symantec's support
was less than helpful, especially as I was a "BBS SysOp" as ISP's did not
yet exist. I was treated as a second class citizen and I have not forgotten
it! Even on our support page for Anti Virus info, Symantec's site is not
listed to this day.

Ipswitch, I hope you are reading all of these. Remember the version 4.5
release public relations disaster? That was a minor boo boo in comparison!
