There's just no way that anyone with any level of technical expertise could have difficulty setting up this product.
You either have serious issues with Imail itself (unlikely), incompetent staff or there's some valid, complicating - and highly unusual - 3rd-party issue that's getting in your way. It wass very User friendly and worked right out of the box. The down side was that it only worked with Outlook (not even Outlook Express), and was configured for each individual on their systems...no centralized database.
