Hey all, some of our users have been complaining about receiving duplicate e-mails several days/weeks/months after they've been sent. They'll just suddenly get another copy of an e-mail that they got two weeks or two months ago. All the users experiencing this problem have their mail client set to NOT delete e-mails from the server after they've been downloaded. Also, all the users experiencing this that I've asked have been running either outlook or outlook express (although about 90% of our users use one of these two if not web mail).
Has anyone seen this before? If so, how do I fix?
