Writing a web based front end for per-user settings would be the thing to do, and should be a simple task for anyone with any cgi/asp experience at all. Sure, it would be nice if Declude had something canned for this - but it's not even remotely implied in any of the stuff I've seen for Declude. Most that need the functionality would probably end up rolling their own anyway. Purchases should not be based on assumptions, especially ones that even the most trivial research would reveal as wrong.
