some of our users have been complaining about receiving duplicate e-mails
several days/weeks/months after they've been sent.
This is a relatively common problem, and I too have only seen it with Outlook/OE.

I'm not aware of any resolution, other than to not keep the E-mails stored on the server (which will definitely fix the problem).With apologies to Sandy. FWIW, we see this problem with other mail clients, specifically with Eudora, when users leave mail on the server.
