This is why we need a feature like the one built into hotmail. If the
customer has the ability to create a list of ppl that they want to recive
email from and either block all the rest or put them into a seperate folder.
This would give a better control over spam to the individual user and keep
the isp from doing so much work.

We call that the MAILBOX action. It moves a spam into a sub-mailbox. For example, you could move the E-mail to a mailbox called "junkmail" -- then in web messaging, they can go to the "junkmail" folder to view their spam.


Combined with the AUTOWHITELIST option, which whitelists any E-mail from an address listed in the recipient's web messaging address book, you have a scenario where people can have all E-mail from unknown addresses go to their "junkmail" folder.
