You can specify multiple fonts to form a fontset by separating them with
a comma so that multiple character sets can be supported:

        font = "-whatever-*-*,-somethingelse-*-*"

(That this works is a feature of the X fontset loading routines; Ion does 
not specifically support the feature.)
