Gulp! Well, first of all, i'm in love with Cosm already. Your new tree is sublime.. wow! Also i love you AI, and the kind of drifting of states, like food and character condition, even experience in some areas as you explore others, etc. I'm amazed that this can be accomplished. Also, your Website itself is very impressive. It looks great and it's really complete with information. I'll be keeping tabs on it!
OK, maybe i should have sent that somewhere else :-) Oops. You've answered my questions splendidly, and thank you. One more for you (and anyone who has a clue): Do you see any disparety between the ultimate capabilities for Java/3D and C in terms of online games. Toolkits, premade engines, platforms, etc aside, i'm curious if there are any fundamental differences in what *could* be done. Actually i'm not as concerned about graphics with this question as i am program and world structure for instance. Let's say you want to make a spherical wrap-around world and maybe even develop the means to navigate using long/lat degrees (not for collision/but for world position, etc) instead of x/y. What a question... i'll probably be defenestrated for that..
