You seriously have to be joking. I haven't met one single 'PHP programmer' who had a clue about anything seriously computer science who uses PHP as their primary platform in five years. I've interviewed dozens of people for PHP programming positions, and precious few could tell me the difference between a hash and a tree, or what a left outer join was.
