Thanks, Jeff.  I didn't think it was a major issue being listed in the "OTHER" section of the report and the fact that we have very poor radar coverage at low altitude in this area.  I'm guessing if I have major failures they have my e-mail address an I'll hear from them.  The failure listed was for 21 seconds the way I read the report.
