<<It's critical that we get the full original file in order to determine
what's going on with the message, preferably before running check/repair
to see where the nulls are before that process is run.

A gedcom or part of the file will not be helpful at all.

Ken *can* fix the file if we have it... but there's nothing we can do
without access to the file.

Sherry, I don't know if my problem is the same as reported by Alan, but
it seems others are experience the same part of the problem I have. It
would be nice to hear from support on the problem of Data not sticking.
