That's not necessarily true. A robot will not be able to perform its
intended task if it's too big to fit in the task space.

Sure. What I was getting at here is that scale doesn't dictate form -- you build the robot to do what it needs to do, and the likelihood of it being humanform has nothing whatsoever to do with how big it is (i.e., it's close to nil in most cases no matter the robot's size).
