------- We don't live in Florida, but our boat does. We also have a Y value. We use those plastic zip ties. We have been boarded by the park rangers at the Dry Tortugas and they seemed to think having the zip tie was acceptable. I think we are the only people that were boarded that particular trip. Not sure why. We arrived around 9-10 AM and went straight to bed. We were woken up around 1 PM by the rangers knocking on the boat. Of course, there was this Park Ranger (in charge), that was a particular arse. He was such a jerk, I sent a complaint letter. -Anita Austin, Texas & Punta Gorda, FL _Why Knot Upgrades_ (http://www.islandpacketphotos.com/view_user_ads.asp?User_ID=279&Ad_ID=807) & _Dis-Masting_ (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/liveaboards/photos/album/1156401707/pic/list?mode=t n&order=ordinal&start=1&count=20&dir=asc) _Why Knot IP 37_ (http://www.islandpacketphotos.com/search.asp?CatLevel=&Cat1_ID=&Cat2_ID=&Cat3_ID=&Cat4_ID=&SearchText=why+knot) _ Bahamas 2007 _ (http://whyknotip37.blogspot.com/) _Southwinds Magazine Jan. 2008_ (http://www.southwindsmagazine.com/pdfs/southwindsjanuary2008.pdf) Last page
