Hi,
We recently bought 2 Epiphan Capture Appliances to use with our new 1.2
servers. Unfortunately we're experiencing some issues with the
configuration. I first tried to configure the ECA but it seemed no
requests ever reached the server. After saving the matterhorn config
form the page also seemed to hang, just kept loading. When then going
back to admin and matterhorn page the settings seemed to be saved but no
message of that appeared and also the device never registered on the server.
I then noticed that there is a newer firmware, still on 2.2.0rc1 so
decided to try the upgrade first. On ECA 1 the upload succeeded but got
an internal server error. Now all admin pages on that ECA give an
internal server error.
On ECA 2 the upload failed with "Error uploading firmware file 3".
Can someone assist me in either the firmware upgrade or the matterhorn
config ?
