For sure! There are lots of people who have them and (I assume) have upgraded them. The earlier versions of the firmware have an issue where the OS creates a couple of large files in memory, and then does not have enough free memory to update the firmware. This has since been fixed, but obviously some of the shipped devices are still encountering the bug. I believe setting the encoding settings as low as they will go should free up enough memory, but if not there are remote support options which do work for sure.
