I've seen other units with 2.2.0d on them as well, and it doesn't seem
to be the 'real' 2.2.0d.  I sent in a patch last week, and the latest
firmware available from Epiphan's site is still 2.2.0c
(http://www.epiphan.com/downloads/firmware/Davinci_Matterhorn/beta.php),
so I would wait until the version available from their site changes.
