Yep L series manifolds exist. Fairly rare in Australia but speak to Malcolm Cooper from NZ as he seems to be able to get things we can't. Prices are pretty good given the exchange rate.
A quad cam rotary huh? That must be the diesel version sold by Isuzu. Very powerful at low revs.

I've just subscribed to the Ozdat mailing list and I must say..... I
love it! Anyway, I'm gonna get straight to business. The reason I'm
consulting you all is because I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm the proud owner
af a 1982 Stanza SSS with a very mildly worked original L16. That part is
fine, the next part has been bustin my chops for a while now. You see, I've
decided on adding an EFI system to it but at the same time keeping the
original L series engine. What I'm after is an L18 japanese EFI manifold
that I have heard existed in the early 1980's. Do they actually exist? Does
anyone know of any in existance? If so, I really am looking to pay around
$150 for one.
If anyone can help me, It would very much appreciated!
Oh, one other thing, I see alot of you know lots about rotaries, everyone
knows that quad cam housings work best!
