If you are anywhere near Clayton in Melbourne, you could take a look at the
L18EFI my son Luke has installed in his 1600. Fully original stock Nissan
L18 EFI, I found in a derelict datsun in Warragul. We couldn't wait to get
it going and Luke is very pleased with it after discovering why it kept
eating distributor bushes, thanks to a suggestion from lister, Peter Parry.
The engine pulls very well low down but we've concluded it needs a bigger
inlet tract to pull harder over 4500. We will try a VL throttle body for
starters.
