You'd get the same compression ratio as the original engine, because
every NAPS/Z head is essentially the same (save for valve and port sizes
varying), and the chambers are the same size as U67 (L20b) chambers.
No modifications would be needed to the pistons to fit the Z18ET head
to a 2 litre bottom end. The Z20 blocks are supposed to be stronger,
but people rarely have problems with L20b blocks so there's not really any
compelling reason to use a Z20 block since you do then limit your choice of
gearbox. It would probably be easier though, since you have to source
a Z20 timing cover anyway.
