Better still leave the nuts and screws on all the parts you remove.  The
remainder sort them into 10mm, 12mm, 14 mm bolts (with nuts on them wherever
possible) bigger bolts (suspension stuff), all plastic attaching bits and
all phillips head screws, sorted into coated, coloured, and chromed.

The wiring loom is also worth keeping, as some of the plastic joiners and
other fittings can be recycled, and will be very handy if you run with the
240K dash idea..
