That energy is not from outside you but from within you. We all tap
our own energy, all the time, without recourse to myths involving
psychic energy, transsubstantiation, psychokinesis, spirit

There is no evidence of souls, no evidence that there is any
incorporeal or immaterial "energy" of the spiritual kind. It is all a
myth and a childish one at that.
