I just had a major knee operation about 2 week earlier and no place to live
and no money    so I ended up sitting on the side of the road reading.. and
meditating..  What amazed  is the clarity of thought.  It was a beautiful
experience, You lose track of hunger  and the clarity of focus is amazing..
It was worth it,, the only difference between starvation and fasting is the
state of mind..
