Vam , we are not parts of God but only his emanations. His will is not made up of our wills , His will is not a composite of all , rather it is the only will and our wills are just illusions. But as far as this changing world is concerned we are free in ourselves and to others. That is why feel remorse etc. for our actions and anger at other people's acts. That is why everybody is accountable , no one can excuse his actions on the pretext that he is bound. Again it is our nature which is binding us from inside and from outside also it is nature in the form of the environment , which of course include all beings , that binds us.
