It is in the nature of the mind to model
what comes in, against what has come
before, and to reflect what it sees from its
own point of view in the universe at any time.

We express what we flow through, in the
terms and language of our backgrounds
and our societies and these are all more
or less static, built up over time. But the
static has great power to an individual, it
is protection and bulwark, just as it guides
and shapes, ever so more so the younger
one is. The static is the firm place, the fulcrum
against which to put Archimedes lever for
the life and work of intellect that develops.

It is in the nature of intellectual evolution
that we wrestle constantly with better ways of
perceiving, and the MOQ is just such.

Of an age we struggle too hard to escape the
static instead of simply using it as 'ground'
and the rest of our struggle is between what is
"out there" and what is artifact of mind.

and as always Everything IS easier said than
known (or done)...

At some point we all know that we should be
dancing in the dynamic. Just don't forget the floor.

poetically yours in analogy--thanks--mel
