Pumpkin Pancakes 
2 cups biscuit mix
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon. Add milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Cook on lightly greased and heated griddle

Easy Breakfast Pie  
1 package (12 ounce) pork sausage
1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 medium onion, chopped (1/4 cup)
1-1/2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick
1 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain.

Stir together sausage mixture, potatoes and 1-1/2 cups of the cheese in baking dish. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes.

This is for SALLY in the 12/05 newsletter. It isn't a frosting but sounds very good.

Chocolate filling for Thumbprint cookies.  
Melt 3/4 cup semi-sweet Chocolate chips and 3 Tablespoons whipping cream in Microwave. Whisk until smooth. Cool 20 minutes, and stir well. Cool an additional 8 minutes. Spoon or pipe about 1/2 teaspoon into indentation of each cooled cookie.
