Breakfast salsa casserole
2 (8 oz) pkgs Healthy Choice Sausage (Can use any pre-cooked sausage)
6 Slices of bread
8 oz Shredded cheddar cheese or shredded cheese of choice
1 (18 oz) jar Paul Newman's Peach Salsa (Can use any salsa you choose)
4 Extra large or 5 large eggs
1-1/2Cups of milk (approximately)

Spray a 9"x13" glass pan with Pam. Cut sausage into slices and cover
the bottom of the baking dish. Tear bread into small pieces and cover
the sausage. (If you use country style bread, you probably only need
5 slices.) Layer cheese over the bread. Pour the salsa over the
cheese. Put the eggs into a 2 cup measuring cup. Beat the eggs and
add milk to the 2 cup mark. Stir together. Pour this mixture over the
salsa.
Cover the baking dish and refrigerate overnight.

The following morning, preheat the oven to 350 and put casserole,
uncovered, in the over for an hour. Remove from the oven, let sit for
about 10 minutes and cut into squares. Serves at least 6.

Kellogg's K Cornflakes dessert
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of corn syrup
1-1/2 cup of peanut butter
5 cups of corn flakes

Put waxed paper down on counter top first, to have ready immediately.
Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil, in a 4-6 quart pan. Remove from
heat and immediately stir in peanut butter. Stir until peanut butter
has melted. Add cornflakes and stir. Work fast as mixture will
stiffen quickly. Drop onto the waxed paper.
