I've used NewMouse with A2000 and A4000 standard serial ports (all Amiga
serial ports are the same), Multiface3, IOBlix and Hypercomm I/O cards.
It worked with all of them.
I'm currently using a Logitech wheelmouse into the IOBlix via a switch
box that switches the monitor and mouse between the A400 and PC.
