If you've got that voltage AC coming out of the stator and a good battery, 
you just need to pin down where you're losing voltage between the two. I 
read you bought Caltric. I've been told to avoid Caltric products at all 
costs. Did you test your R/R? It's a big diode. It should have roughly the 
same voltage on each of the 3 pins but zero connectivity going the opposite 
direction when you reverse the leads on your VOM.
