This look like a tiny computer (ARM+Linux) that could monitor a bigger
iron on a pci board ?

ethernet could be enough, console can't be used if too many server are on
the same space, but one console could be connected to many of this board
through ethernet.

Input/output look like different kind of sensor and a connection to the
sensor of the monitored computer. USB could be also nice to control UPS.
