I am running OS 9.2.1 on my PowerMac 4400 with a G3 card and it is much
faster than OS 9.1 was in many ways.. Just opening PhotoShop is super fast
in OS 9.2.1 compared to OS 9.1

Read about the system resources that were added to the OS 9.2.1 system file
to make it function with Pre G3 Macs.  They were removed in OS 9.2.1 as they
were not needed as they only referred to machines prior to Mac G3 systems.
