Well Helene, your experience with Dell just reinforces my belief that the best way to go with a computer is to have one built locally. I've done this and have been very happy with the computer and the people who built it and they are just a few miles away. I had thought about getting a Dell about five or six years ago but their proprietary software and hardware turned me against them.
