Hi Jeff.. Right now. I dont' even want to think of taking further action.. cause i just want a computer thats NEW and up and running properly.. So, thats my main objective..
I'm just annoyed that they "tried" to get away with it. and if not for my looking at all sorts of things on the computer, and then questioning them...(and still getting the answer.. Oh, it's a new hard drive).. Yeah right... If not for the right TECH. who admitted it was a refurbished one. I'd be still dealing with this problem. But until I have the new machine.. in hand. and know it's working properly.. I wont' be happy.. SIGH Hopefully, within a week/10 days. I should have it.
