XP will handle the RAM well (1,024 Megs total). My laptop runs good on
512Megs. I will max it out once RAM prices come down for 1 gig DDR chips
(Can install two for 2gig of RAM). You will never want to go back to Win 98.
I think XP's limit is 1-3 Terabytes....??? The more you add the more XP will
love you.
