These two programs are very robust as they can allow you to run almost every other operating system, aside from any Mac OS after the 68k series, within windows.
VMWare runs on Windows and Linux, and Virtual PC runs on Windows and Mac (but Mac OS can only run on Mac hardware, it hasn't been emulated properly yet :< )
