1. Remove NAV 2004 2. Reboot (Should Prompt You) 3. Install Norton Utilites 2003 minus NAV. 4. Run LiveUpdate till you have all the updates for Norton Utilitles, LiveUpdate, Shared components 5. Reboot (Should Prompt you) You may have to reboot and run Live Update once or twice. 6. Install NAV 2004 7. Run LiveUpdates to get virus defs, NAV 2004 updates. You may have to reboot and run Live Update once or twice.
You do not want to intall a new program than an older program. This could cause problems with the newer program (newer program being NAV 2004). Note the Norton Products share files.
