Remove NAV 2004 to be safe. Install Norton Utilites minus NAV 2003. Run LiveUpdate till you get all the updates, reboot if asked. Install NAV 2004, run liveupdate till you get all the updates.

I'm totally confused. If I remove 2004, then install Utilities *MINUS* NAV 2003, what would I be updating? And if I would have all the updates on 2003, why would I reinstall 2004?
