Appreciate the feedback. Next time I go will take the attitude that you
suggest, have patience and try to explain what is unexceptable to me. FWIW
the manager said she didn't do the work, so it's probably a new employee who
has never even seen a slide and didn't think to compare the original with
the finished print. Thanks
