To resolve a problem use the following 3 steps.

Step 1: If you are not happy. Calmly explain why, and what it will take to
make you happy.
Step 2: If the person who you are talking to will not do what it takes to
make you happy ask to talk to their supervisor. GOTO Step 1.
Step 3. If you get to the top of the supervisor chain and are still not
happy, don't give them your business anymore.

You went directly to step 3, you did not pass goal, you did not even tell
them you were unhappy.

My opinion: You deserve to be unhappy, you even seem to like it.
