Physical characteristics do NOT define acromegaly. It must be diagnosed with testing.
 
Hang in there... I know a week won't come fast enough!
It is important to see what the test results reveal, then go from there.
 
I did an acromegaly information page on the Pituitary Tumor site that discusses some of the testing.
