Jean,
He didn't give me any of my glucose levels except the first one (85) and the last one (62).  He said all of the glucose levels were completely normal.  The test was actually a 2 hour test, so the draws were every 30 minutes.  I don't think the blood was frozen, because the tech made a call before she started and asked if the specimen needed to be iced, and she said "oh, it doesn't, ok".

Can I ask about what exactly soft tissue swelling looks like?  Since I saw the specialist and he said my hands looked normal, the sides and upper part of my palms have become "squishy".  The center part still seems the same.   My feet have over time developed a bigger bump under the pinky toe, and seem wider all the way down on that side.  My big toes have both developed what looks like big fat pockets on the sides.  What soft tissue swells in the face?  My husband says the only change he sees is the area over my eyebrows looks a little "puffy", my skin under my eyebrows is "hooded" and the area right between the eyebrows looks farther apart.

Sorry for the long post!!
Lee
